Catfish and the Bottlemen are reaching for the stratosphere. The indie-rock juggernauts have announced their first-ever headline stadium shows, marking a monumental step in their already illustrious career. On August 1 and 3, 2025, the band will command Cardiff Principality Stadium and London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, solidifying their status as one of Britain’s premier live acts.
This landmark announcement comes after a whirlwind year of sold-out shows, including a triumphant return to Liverpool’s Sefton Park, back-to-back nights at Cardiff Castle, and a second stint headlining Reading and Leeds Festivals. With over two million albums sold, more than a billion streams, and a reputation for electric live performances, Catfish and the Bottlemen are primed for their biggest audiences yet.
Adding to the excitement, the band is celebrating the 10th anniversary of their debut album The Balcony with a special reissue dropping September 13, featuring rare tracks and exclusive formats. Fans can also revel in the nostalgia of their classic hits alongside their latest single, “Showtime,” as the band ushers in a bold new era.
Since their 2014 breakthrough, Catfish and the Bottlemen have been relentless in their pursuit of rock supremacy. From earning a BRIT Award for British Breakthrough Act to headlining festivals and selling out arenas worldwide, Van McCann and his crew have cemented their place in the modern rock canon. With their stadium-ready sound and McCann’s magnetic stage presence, the band embodies the spirit of British rock in the 21st century.
Tickets for these historic shows go on sale Friday, August 23, at 10 a.m. BST, with a presale starting August 21. Fans can sign up at catfishandthebottlemen.com for access. Whether you’re a longtime fan or new to their anthemic sound, this is your chance to witness Catfish and the Bottlemen at the height of their powers. Don’t miss out!
